[cgma-dev] Minor issue in configure.ac

Hi there,

The current configure.ac in CGM invokes

    AC_PROG_SED

instead of

  AC_CHECK_PROG( [SED], [sed], [sed], [true] )

It turns out that the former does not work on my system, but the latter 
does.  Is there a reason to use one over the other?  I notice that MOAB 
uses the latter.
