Hi all,

We're going to be moving svn.mcs.anl.gov and trac.mcs.anl.gov to a new
operating system on Wednesday morning.  We anticipate an outage of ~3
hours to synchronize data and to test configuration.  In the process,
subversion and trac will be getting significant upgrades with loads of
new features.

subversion 1.3.1 -> 1.5.1
trac 0.10.3 -> 0.11.2.1

As always, let us know if you have a problem with this outage.
