[CGMa-announce] WARNING: turning off anonymous access for a bit

Hi all,
   We have to do a bit of repo maintenance that requires turning off anonymous access.  This should only be for an hour 
or two.  If you need to checkout or update cgm and have an ANL login, that will work, otherwise please be patient and 
we'll have it back up asap.
