[AG-USERS] Python Problems when Installing the AG Client 3.2 on a Toshiba Tablet

We are trying to get the AG Client running on a Toshiba Lifebook T901-series Tablet running the 64-bit version of Windows 7 w/ an onboard web cam.  The install and powering up of the client are fine.  BUT.  Once we join onto a venue (and we've tried a few), we get a terminal error warning box for pythonw.exe (below) and the program crashes us out.  Has anyone seen anything like this?
