[AG-USERS] Add Service Manager

I am Jim Avery at Cornell University and I am currently trying to setup a
successful PIG node for possible use on campus.
According to the screen shot I have, it shows I have connected to Access
Grid Management-Connected.

I am stuck on the Add Service Manager Dialog where the blank field of:

Hostname:
Port: 12000

In the documentation, I do not know where the Hostname for my PIG node is
located.

If anyone can give my assistence so I can move forward, it would be
appreciated.
