[AG-TECH] Error 5: Access Denied when installing AG-tk 3.2

When I run either the standard or the bundled windows installer I get the following error.

Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted.
Error 5: Access Denied.

I'm running as administrator.
Windows 7 SP1, 64 bit intel core i7

It first occurs during the execution of wxPython2.6-win-unicode-2.6.3.3-py24.exe

Does anyone have any insight into what is happening? Which temporary directory is it talking about?
