[AG-TECH] Can't Select Any Device - Rat on Fedora 13

Todd,

This may help:

The steps there seem convoluted & unnecessary but, if followed  
_precisely_, may do the job for you; its worked through many releases  
of Ubuntu and Slackware. Since the aim there is to use OSS (actually  
ALSA's emulation of OSS) instead of ALSA, you need the appropriate OSS  
packages installed. If you don't have them installed already and  
you've also removed all ALSA packages, it would explain why there is  
no audio device available.
