[AG-TECH] Regular test sessions (was: Audio Test venue)

We (ANL) still run a test meeting on Thursdays at 10 am central, in  
the Argonne National Lab venue on the server at vv3.mcs.anl.gov (note:  
not the Argonne Lobby).
