[AG-TECH] Running ServiceManager as a background service

Does anyone know how to run the Service Manager in the background either at startup or at login?  I have an instructor PC (Win 7 64) at the front of the room that needs to run VPCScreen Capture, but I would like to have the service manager run in the background so that they cannot close the window by accident.
