[AG-TECH] Video Source with Osprey-100

I have been struggling with this issue for some time and I wonder if  anybody has a solution. Our AG setup uses an Osprey-100 video card and it works well. However, I need to adjust the video source manually from Composite to S-video every time the client is started. When we use the same setup with Skype, it is even worse, the source is changed back automatically to Composite in 5-10 seconds and our outgoing image is gone.

Is there any way to hardcode the S-video setting somewhere? I looked high and low, even scanned the (Windows) registry for values with no success!
