Can I ask, what commands are you executing to establish your Registry Peer?

This might help with solving your problem...

Trying to run my own Peer Registry 

currently getting errors  like the following

Exception: Error: this peer cv206-agr3.newcastle.edu.au:8030 is not listed in the master list.  The current registry requires all peers to know about each other.


I can't find anything about a master list ?
