[AG-TECH] Asking again... (pythonw fails on windows)

My guy Chris (tech student) installed it on WIn7 32 bit today and noted
this:

" need to add C:\python24 to the path "

P.s. He also noted he didn't remember having to do that for 64 bit, but will
check again as we're testing another system w/64 bit shortly.
