[AG-TECH] agtk 3.1 windows error: vic: destination required?

hi,

i have never seen this error before. after installing ag 3.1 on a WinXP 
box, i get
these errors whenever vic is called (and it fails to come up): vic: 
destination required.

anyone have a clue why this is happening?

PS i don't know if it's relevant but a virus scanner avast! is also 
complaining about rat
being infected with the SkiMorph (cryp) virus. -gsk
