[AG-TECH] sending vic pre-encoded video

Actually, the AG vic (once upon a time 2.0? ) did accept mjeg streams.
Other than the AGDV stuff you mentioned, I wasn't aware of any other
video codecs supported. I believe there are intellectual property
issues related to using mpeg2, mpeg4.
