I've seen this behavior, but I haven't been able to diagnose the problem.  Is there anything interesting in your VenueClient.log or Video*.log files?

Does anyone have problems with the VideoProducerService using the 3.2
beta release? It doesn't start a VIC instance, but rather a white
blank window pops up. I have to manually run VIC from the command line
if I want to send video.
