[AG-TECH] mac osx ag 3.2b1 download says it's 3.1 version?

hi,

i've (reinstalled) the MacOS X 3.2b1 for PPC for OS 10.4.
the label on the package says 3.2b1 but then it also says it's 3.1.
is this a mistake or does it mean it's the same as 3.1 or ????
