[AG-TECH] AG bridge woes

G'day Jeremy

For my personal AG bridge, I have a "cron" job that restarts the bridge
every night.

I am also in the process of assisting to setup a number of bridges
around Australia and I am experimenting restarting the bridges just once
a week.

We are still having to restart our bridge every few days before
connections to it work again. My boss wants to just get rid of our
bridge because its too unreliable. We are able to use the NCSA and
Argonne bridges so my question is what do YOU admins do to work around
this problem? Do you also restart your bridges every few days or are
you running some special version of the bridge software that keeps it
alive when the rest of us are down?
