[AG-TECH] Sumover vic picking a different address than vic.

I thought I had seen something about the Sumover vic picking a different
address than the regular vic. Makes it tough to record with AGVCR, I
know that a couple of times when I entered the Argonne lobby, the
Sumover vic used the same address as the normal vic. Is there something
that must be done to make this happen?
