[AG-TECH] AG for Deaf and Hard of Hearing

hi,

i'm at this moment sitting in a Summit for enabling the Cyber 
environment for Deaf and Hard
of Hearing (DHH). lot's of talk about wish list items: quality, number 
of videos, automatic
captioning, user customization, ubiquity, etc.

lots of these are AG issues from long back so it might that the AG is a 
good platform for
building DHH support on. are there ANY features, modules, contribs, to 
AG that support
DHH users? i want to establish where we are before deciding how to move 
forward.
