[AG-TECH] AG3.1 vic crashes

The NCSA AG VenueServers are both up and running.  If you are using AG2, 
your AG CA certificate may be expired.  The solution so far has been to 
install AG3.1 somewhere and export the AG CA cert from there and then 
request a new certificate.  I suspect the AG Dev team will add a CA 
request option to the CertificateManager soon.  Or should I file a 
bug??  ;-)

Let me know if the problem is something other than this.
