[AG-TECH] Houston Rice AG node?

Is there an AG node at Rice University? We're hosting a two hour
Workshop tomorrow and I'm trying to get two people from Rice
connected. However, they're connected with some bizarre double NAT and
VPN connection and the audio client doesn't work.
