[AG-TECH] Jabber server

At the Idaho National Laboratory we are building an AccessGrid node and 
venue server.  We would also like to host our own jabber server.  So fare 
we have been using a Windows platform and would like to keep it that way. 
Any suggestions for running a windows jabber server.  Any advice would be 
helpful.
