[AG-TECH] Osprey 100

I ordered one of these and began playing with it today. For some
reason, I can only get the first composite/SVideo connecting to work.
The other 2 composites don't active. In when adding a
VideoProducerService I get:

Osprey100 Video Device 1

Shouldn't I be able to add Device 1-4?
