Hi Jeff,

This message got bounced back to me - so I am sending it to ag-tech in hopes
that it will get to you.

Hi Jeff,

Okay - you are logged in and at the schedule a meeting page? Scroll down
about 2/3 of the way to the bottom - just under the "Participating Sites"
and before the "Virtual Venue" you should see a check box that says " Open
Invitation - Allow any site to join this meeting" Click this and it will be
an open meeting - your venue will be assigned and you should be ready to go.

Meanwhile, I have sent it out to the folks at my site.

Thanks
Julie
