[AG-TECH] AG install/start up problem

While I haven't tried a Norwegian version of XP, I did have a similar
problem with a German user using XP and AG 3.0.2. The problem turned
out to be the umlaut in his user name. When he created a new account
without the umlaut, AG worked perfectly.
