[AG-TECH] Unable to full connect to Argonne Lobby.

[Jimmy Miklavcic]

An update. I seems that I eventually connect to the Argonne Lobby in
terms of audio/video but I never establish a Jabber connection. It takes
about 3 - 5 minutes for vic and rat to connect.
