John,

First you'll want to look for any services or servicemanagers already running:

ps -elf | grep python

ps -elf | grep vic

ps -elf | grep rat

Then get the process IDs from the output of these commands and kill 
the processes:

kill -9 1234

where 1234 is the process ID.


Then just restart the service manager:

AGServiceManager.py

and use your venueclient to reenable your node services.
