[AG-TECH] AG3.0

As an 'FYI', I recently made some changes to AGVCR and in getting those
to work it required I use a function only available under Windows XP.
It's to do with handling of forked processes and being able to close
them properly.
So, for the record, AGVCR for Windows only works on Windows XP - as far
as I know. I've not tested in on Windows 2000 simply because I no longer
have a Windows 2000 box available, and XP is soon to be superceded by
Vista so I'm not going to worry about Win2K too much.
That said, George, if you want to fire up AGVCR 2.0.8 on your Windows
2000 box, let me know if it blows up :)
