[AG-TECH] Bridge Server

Dear Tom

   it seems that AG3 Bridge needs to allow ping to (register server) first. 
unfortunatelly, our university policy is not happy that ping to other 
machines. we have to negotiate this with our network admin. is it function 
mandatory?
