[AG-TECH] Bridge Server

Hi,

Related to this thread, I would like to know if it is possible to set 
up our own
bridge registry server (i.e. our own version of nietzsche.mcs.anl.gov:8030)?

I think this may have been answered at some point before, but I cannot find it
in the archives...
