[AG-TECH] apply multicast address from IANA for AG?

Dear ALL

   we are trying to add a new venue, however, we do not have static 
multicast address available. it seems that we have to apply multicast 
address from IANA. where we can find any document talking about how to fill 
out the IANA form?
