[AG-TECH] Multiple USB cams with AG3/Win

The question came up today about use of multiple USB cameras with
AG3 under Windows.  I tried it today, and it worked:

A Logitech Quickcam 3000 and a 4000 looking at each other (yes,
the one stream is duplicated).

Note that the framerate on one camera only got to 10fps; I didn't
look into that at all.
