One thing to consider is that the XAP 800 does noise cancellation along with
echo cancellation. We're still using an older model that only does echo,
but this should help you take care of the noise problem in the room. Others
on the list can probably speak to how well it works for noise cancellation.

You should also consider the pickup pattern of your mics and try to keep
them away from the extra noise where possible.
