[AG-TECH] VPConsumer service install: how to?

hi,

i downloaded the VPConsumer service but can not find instructions on how
to install it. there's probably some instructions somewhere on this in
general but i was hoping installation instructions would come with it so
i would be sure to do it right.

any help on this?
