[AG-TECH] Another International AG node achieves QA Status

I am delighted to inform you that I have now added another international
node to the list of nodes achieving Quality Assurance Status.

The Node I would like to congratulate is "Los Alamos National Lab" Los
Alamos National Lab from the United States of America.

It is hoped that I will soon be able to test more international nodes,
who in turn will hopefully become QA testers for their region.

Once again, congratulations to the work of the "Los Alamos National Lab"
Los Alamos National Lab Grid Node in its effort for achieving such a
high quality standard.

Please note that there is a substantial list of UK nodes that have
undergone their own (AGSC) QA process that should also be mentioned.
