[AG-TECH] media tools waiting on jabber

This sounds like a reasonable request.  I rearranged this functionality 
today to see
how much of a difference it made, and it didn't seem perceptible.  Did 
you see
a dramatic improvement in the time to launch the media tools?  Or is there
some other reason you want this?
