[AG-TECH] Client heartbeat expires

Hi everybody,


We are doing some tests with a new venue server. The problem is that the 
client disconnects from the venue (it connects at first instance, but it 
gets disconnected after some seconds). I can see on the log that the 
heartbeat expires.

Can anyone explain how the heartbeat mechanism works? I think the client 
sends some packets through port 8002 (events port), tcp. Is that right?.

Any idea about what could be happening (not related to than filtered ports)?
