[AG-TECH] VIC with H.264/MPEG4 codec released

Hi,

We're glad to announce the release of new high quality video
producer/consumer node services (NCHC-VIC) for Access Grid.

These node services support the state-of-art video codec such as MPEG4/H.264.
Their features include:
* Full screen display (double-click)
* Xvideo extension support for hardware accelerated rendering
* Correct and faster color conversion
* Deinterlace
* The MPEG4 streaming is also compatible with
