[AG-TECH] AGTK 2.4 error on IBM ThinkPad

In case you are worried about not having the IBM functionality of your
laptop, I have installed a fresh install of Windows XP on my Thinkpad X24.
I then downloaded the IBM pre-installed software such as Access Connections
from the IBM support pages so I can still get the additional IBM
functionality.
