[AG-TECH] AGVCR file format

Hi Derek,

I say break away. As you said, its alpha software and only out there a few
days... I can't imagine too many people (if any) have used it in a
"production" sense.

Although I haven't looked at this in detail yet, this looks like great
stuff!!! I wouldn't mind this discussion continuing on the AGTech list...
