[AG-TECH] Release of AGVCR - recording AG sessions

OK. It could fork rat and vic only when I use the -x options
(as stated in the help).
I guess that explains why I could not have vic and rat start
when I just clicked on
the agvcr icon. Please correct me if I am wrong.
