[AG-TECH] Release of AGVCR - recording AG sessions

	Hi Monika,

Yup, it was a known issue, I mentioned it in a post yesterday evening,
but no problem if you missed it.
It was a display problem in the end, for some reason Windows doesn't
seem to like doing vsnprintf() with multiple arguments - sometimes. Same
code on Linux worked.
VIC and RAT do not automatically start. In the documentation it states
how that behavior works, i.e. the '-x' option. For standalone, i.e.'-x',
usage, AGVCR also requires the mbone tools to be in the same folder or
path as itself. Please see the docs for more.
I've posted a new source tree and windows binary on the website now, it
fixes the display problem.
