[AG-TECH] AGSchedule Update

A bug has been reported that causes setup/closure time to be mis-aligned 
with it's meeting.  We are working on finding a solution.  In the meantime, 
we will leave things as they are, please be aware of this behavior.  We 
hope to have the problem fixed soon.
