Hi,
we want to use a Jabber Client that also supports AIM, and is available
for Linux and Windows.
The recommended client PSI seems to be suitable for that, but, as far as
I understand, the Jabber Server has to support transport to AIM.
Under Browse Services there should be an entry for "AIM Transport", if
this service is available.
I installed PSI and configured it as described on the accessgrid pages,
server jabber.mcs.anl.gov.
Unfortunately, I cannot find the AIM transport.
Is it a configuration problem or isn't it supported?
Can anybody help?
We don't want to use gaim because of security reasons. We had bad
experience with gaim.
Greetings
Almuth
