[AG-TECH] Venue and Bridge Server specs

Michael:

You can get around the proxy problem by using a VenueServer service certificate.  Service
certificates (like anonymous certificates) have an unencrypted private key, so can be used
directly, without the need for proxy creation.  You can request a service certificate
through the Cert Req Tool just like you do for identity certs.
