[AG-TECH] Text in VIC window title bar

The problem I see is that when vic goes to grab the video devices, they get
grabbed in a different order. for example if I get this the first time around:

vic1 - cam1
vic2 - cam2
vic3 - cam3
vic4 - cam4

the next time around cam4 is the default so it gets grabbed first:

vic1 - cam4
vic2 - cam1
vic3 - cam2
vic4 - cam3

so now the names I've designated in the Node config are different from the
other control software I use for the cameras.

The next time around cam3 is the default so I get

vic1 - cam3
vic2 - cam1
vic3 - cam2
vic4 - cam4

so you can see how confusing it gets. This is the same problem when using
two Logitech Quickcams on a windows machine. It occurs each time you enter
a venue and vic is restarted.

Is there some way to assure that the same vic->video0->cam1 combination
comes up each time you move to a new venue? It's more of a vic problem
than an AG problem Iguess so should I file a bug on this?
