[AG-TECH] Text in VIC window title bar

For both single machine node and room node, I made the change via the
Venue Client on the Display Machine: Preferences-Node Management-Right
Click on VideoService(or each VideoProducerService)-Configure, and change
the streaname. Then save the configuration.
