[AG-TECH] Generic Operational Guide on how to operate an AccessGrid

G'day All

A colleague and I have modified our existing Operational Guide to be
more generic and hopefully useful to other AccessGrid users out there.

Please feel free to use the document to help with the operation of your
AccessGrid.  

If you would like to modify the document to suit your own need, please
