[AG-TECH] Why record AG conferences

You have to be very carefull when recording, for several reasons.

One, some states have very strict laws concerning recording of meeting. 
Have to maek sure everyone is fully aware and agrees.

Two, copy right. Some speakers do not wish to have material recorded.
