[AG-TECH] audio levels and sound quality

RAT has a feature that sends a tone. Look in Options->Audio->Tone Test

This will send a test tone that you can use to even out the 6 nodes.

My suggestion tho' is to implement a practice of using a laptop or your
control machine to run another instance of RAT that you can listen
to. this allows you to determine the level of visiting site in relation to
your site and make adjustments on your broadcasting RAT as
appropriate. You will inevitably find that in some cases, your stock
settings don't work certain situations.

Take a look at my Quality Audio for the AccessGrid doc:
http://www.accessgrid.org/agdp/guide/XAP800/1.04/book1.html

There are several tips there for producing good quality audio.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
